VIPS builds, maintains and manages property across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Every project runs under a single line of management responsible for programme, quality, safety and cost from appointment to completion. Clients deal with the people who carry that responsibility, throughout the works and across the life of the building.

Every structure we touch carries obligations beyond its contract: to the people who will use it, the streets it stands on, and the decades it will serve. That is the weight we build under.

Delivery management

Each project is run by a named point of responsibility accountable for programme, quality, safety and cost. VIPS coordinates the full team, from professional appointments through to finishing trades, and manages delivery to completion

Health and safety

Sites are planned and managed to protect everyone working on them and everyone affected by the works. Safe delivery governs the programme; it is not traded against it.

Quality and compliance.

Work is delivered to specification and to the standards each project requires, including the consent conditions attached to listed and heritage structures. Quality is verified through supervision and sign-off, not assumed..

Long-term accountability

VIPS stands behind completed work and responds to it. A building is assessed at handover and again over its operating life, and the company remains reachable for both.
