We assess the site and existing structure, condition, ground conditions, access and any listed or conservation status, and confirm what the project requires before design is committed.
DESIGN COORDINATION & APPROVALS 02
We coordinate the appointed architect and engineers into one buildable package and manage the statutory route through planning, building control and, where applicable, listed building consent.
PROCUREMENT & PROGRAMME 03
We price the works, appoint trades and specialist subcontractors and set the programme. Health and safety is planned in under the CDM Regulations before work starts on site.

We build under a single point of management accountable for programme, cost, quality and safety, inspected against specification, and remain responsible through the defects liability period.
